1. Who we are

The website echowave.rentals is operated by EchoWave OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia under registry code 17442788, address Peterburi tee 46-307, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 11415 Tallinn, Harju maakond. EchoWave is our brand. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean EchoWave OÜ.

2. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website. They do not replace a contract with a client. We provide our services only under a written contract. If these terms differ from a signed contract, the contract prevails.

3. Who we work with

We work only with legal entities: companies and organisations. We do not provide services to private individuals through this website. When you contact us through the website, you do so on behalf of the organisation you represent.

4. Our services

• Chauffeur transfers. Private transfers in luxury cars with a chauffeur. The price includes the car and the chauffeur. Fuel and waiting time are handled as agreed in the contract.
• Long-term corporate car rental. Cars for companies with full service support: maintenance, insurance, seasonal tyres and a replacement car, to the extent agreed in the contract.
• Car sourcing. Finding specific car models to order for our contract clients.

5. Website content is not an offer

The information on this website, including descriptions of services and cars, is for general information only. It is not a public offer. Prices, the scope of services and other conditions are agreed only in a written contract, which is normally concluded for one year. Sending a request through the website does not create a contract or any obligation for either party.

6. Ordering and payment

The website does not offer booking or online payment. Under a contract, rides are ordered by the client's contact person through the channels agreed in the contract.

We invoice for our services. Payment is made only by bank transfer against an invoice. We do not accept cash, card payments or online payments.

7. Client responsibility in corporate rental

In long-term corporate rental, the client is responsible for its drivers, for fines and for damage to the car, as set out in the contract.

8. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not disrupt its operation or try to gain unauthorised access to it. Texts, images and design on the website may not be copied for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the website is always available or free of errors. Our liability in connection with our services is determined by the contract.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We try to resolve any dispute by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).
